You’ll receive a call back from us the same day you reach out. We’ll take the time with you — one on one — to assess your needs, answer your questions, and if you think we’re a good fit for you, schedule a time for your very own “LTC Essentials-Session.”
Your “LTC Essentials-Session.” will be a scheduled 45-minute phone appointment where you’ll gain thorough insight into which plan best suits your needs and budget. Using special software, your LTC Specialist will invite you to gain visual access to their computer screen (right from the comfort of your own home!) so that you can follow along as they review real-time comparisons of your plan options, and discuss their best recommendations for you and why.
When you are ready, we will complete the application with you, and once your application has been submitted, we will stay in touch with you via email and phone to keep you updated. Throughout the process, we are only an email or phone call away to answer any questions and keep you informed.
Once you are approved, your agent will be in touch to send along the good news and deliver your policy. We don’t just disappear after you receive your policy. We are here to serve our client’s needs well after their policy has been signed for and any time in the future!
